The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced English Teacher who will be responsible to guide and mentor our crew members in Vietnam to improve their English skills so they can communicate better with the global team and our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching scheduled lessons to groups of adults using the communicative approach alongside interactive activities and gamification;
• Strong focus on speaking practice and development of communication skills in English;
• Focus on developing fluency and confidence with spoken language;
• Developing domain-oriented language courses for levels from Intermediate to Advanced based on needs analyses (lesson plans, homework tasks, regular tests and final tests);
• Designing materials;
• Providing feedback on homework and other assignments;
• Ability to conduct both online and offline classes.

You

• Qualifications and experience:
• Fluent English (C1-C2) is a must;
• University degree in English Teaching/English Language and Literature/ English Philology Or Internationally recognized certificate in ELT (e.g., CELTA, DELTA);
• 2+ years experience in teaching adults of different levels (600+ teaching hours);
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching Business English or English for IT;
• Experience in teaching groups of adult students online and offline;
• Experience in course development (lesson plans, homework tasks and tests);
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Readiness to share ideas and knowledge with colleagues and to provide assistance if needed;
• Openness to a variety of teaching methods and approaches;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Flexibility;
• Positive and creative.
• Would be a plus:
• Understanding of internal business processes in IT.
