  1. JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for candidates for the Vice Principal Position for the Western Australian International School System in Ho Chi Minh City

     1.1 JOB DESCRIPTION:

Vice Principal position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Track, assign and monitor the work progress of teachers - staff of the department is managed
  • Directing teachers to strictly follow the school year's tasks, and timetables, and distributing the program according to each level.
  • Experienced in researching curriculum, teaching methods, professional knowledge, and implementing decisions from The Board of Directors
  • Allocate appropriate tasks to each teachers-employee, function properly, and be professional as well as motivate teachers - staff, in order to establish their tasks. Set the emulation targets for in charge groups, classes, and departments.
  • Implement professional regulations, inspections, and sufficient participation in all lectures as prescribed (in advance or unexpectedly).
  • Participate in curriculum and plans evaluation of groups and classes to assist professionally.
  • Deploy variety topics, and contests for teachers – students
  • Guide and assign tasks to the Team Leader to implement the group's professional plan
  • Assess and classify students following the new Circular of the Minister of Education and Training.
  • Direct professional teams to conduct professional activities twice a month as the schedules.
  • Assist the Principal in daily supervising and tracking activities at the school, classes, and regular school activities for every school year.
  • Implement the events specified for the school year.
  • Assist in the preparation of archived documents, and dispatches before the inspection of the Ministry or Branch related to periodic or unexpected inspection.
  • Monitor and report to the Principal/ Academic Department on daily activities and unusual happens (if any).
  • Advise the Principal on matters related to expertise in training and management.
  • Other tasks required by BoPs and BoDs.

      1.2 WORKING HOUR:

40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

       2.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Education Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience at similar position.

  • Experience in management at bilingual and international schools is preferred.

  • Strong technology, planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence.
  • Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.
