Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans with specific learning goals for students.
- Teach and manage students in your class.
- Create and organize teaching and learning activities to develop students’ ability. Create new learning methods to help students achieve their best results in Physics.
- Update the class and students’ status (if any) on the Learning Management System.
- Assess learning effectiveness, including tests or quizzes for students to adjust the teaching method.
- Complete professional reports required by the Academic Team or Senior Leadership Team.
- Complete professional reports required by the Department of Education.
- Build up a respectful, collaborative relationship with parents and students.
- Support colleagues in academic activities.
- Participate in training sessions conducted by the School.
- Participate in the School’s activities and events.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager, Senior Leadership Team, or Board of Management
