Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to join our Cambridge International Programme for the following positions:

Cambridge Operation Manager – Secondary & High School

Teaching Positions

  • Cambridge Lower Secondary Math & ESL (Grades 7–9)
  • Cambridge Lower Secondary Science (Grades 8–9)
  • Cambridge Lower Secondary ESL (Grades 7–9)
  • Cambridge Lower Secondary Business & ESL (Grades 6–8)
  • Cambridge Primary ESL / Math / Science (Grades 1–5)

Teaching Load:
27–29 periods per week (Primary to Secondary level)

Additional responsibilities include engaging with parents and contributing to extracurricular activities (ECAs).

Key Responsibilities – Cambridge Operation Manager

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Cambridge Secondary and High School Programme
  • Act as a key communication point between the school, teachers, students, parents, and Cambridge International Education
  • Serve as the main contact for Cambridge International Education (CIE) matters and programme coordination
  • Collaborate with the Exams Officer to coordinate Cambridge examination procedures, preparation, administration, and compliance
  • Support the organisation and administration of the Cambridge examination centre
  • Attend Cambridge and education-related workshops, conferences, and training sessions, and share updates with staff
  • Coordinate internal professional development sessions and organise external training opportunities
  • Build positive relationships with parents and support effective home–school communication
  • Organise and oversee school events, parent meetings, presentations, exhibitions, orientations, and student activities
  • Support student wellbeing, behaviour expectations, attendance monitoring, and general student support systems alongside the counsellor
  • Support teacher development through lesson observations, feedback, administrative checks, and ongoing professional support
  • Monitor teacher documentation and administrative responsibilities to ensure school expectations are met
  • Support teacher onboarding and assist with staff guidance and communication
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and general programme administration
  • Collaborate with school leadership, the board, and the Academic Manager to support the development of the Cambridge Programme
  • Help maintain a positive, organised, and professional school environment
  • Undertake a limited teaching timetable if required (maximum approximately 10 periods per week)

Key Responsibilities – Teacher Roles

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely support and feedback
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
  • Participate in the school’s extracurricular programme and wider school events
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of international and local educators

Qualifications & Experience

For Teacher Roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, English, Math, or a related field
  • PGCE or recognised teaching qualification
  • Cambridge teaching experience is mandatory
  • Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, preferably in a Cambridge or international school environment
  • Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills
  • A caring, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching

For Manager Role

  • Recognised teaching qualification and/or education degree
  • Experience working within an international or bilingual school environment
  • Cambridge International Curriculum experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with Cambridge examinations and/or examination centre administration is highly desirable
  • Previous coordination, leadership, or managerial experience within a school setting is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
