1. Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Excellence: Deliver high-quality, inquiry-based Science lessons to students (ranging from Grade 5 to Grade 7).
• Curriculum Development: Independently design and develop comprehensive lesson plans based on the school’s core curriculum, incorporating experiments and practical activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Vietnamese co-teachers to ensure smooth classroom management and student support.
• Assessment & Reporting: Complete detailed semester reports and maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding student academic progress and behavior.
• Student Engagement: Tailor teaching methods to meet diverse student interests and learning styles, fostering a genuine curiosity for the natural world.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Native English speakers (US, UK, Ireland, South Africa, AU, NZ, or Canada) – Required for Work Permit compliance.
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Education/Science Or A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of verifiable international teaching experience.
• Certification: Valid TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate.
• Traits: A passion for STEM education and working with children.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt curriculum to local contexts while maintaining international standards.

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $2,100 – $2,300 USD (based on qualifications and experience).
• Working Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM).
