Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Be in charge of quality and quantity of curriculums, lesson plans for grades 6 – 12 to reach the deadline and get them upgraded regularly every semester
- Guide and train teachers to create practical curriculums/ handout and observe them randomly every month in different schools and provinces
- Planning teacher resources for school-link entire plans. Take action to attract right teachers and get them loyal with Atlantic and save cost for Atlantic at the same time
- Deliver teacher training quarterly, orientation, observation and assessment every month
- Participate monthly/quarterly and academic meetings at schools when required by management board
- To be Atlantic representative to judge contests, English festivals and attend all kind of government ceremonies at public schools in Hanoi and other provinces
- Control teaching quality by regular report and take particularly actions
- Planning for whole year’s activities for teachers like orientation day, quarterly training, yearend party… etc
- Set up KPI for teachers and the department, performance review for teachers
- Manage teachers’ schedules
- Participate in marketing activities including deliver demo lessons at schools when required even during weekend might have
- Teaching in some high ranking schools as schedule
- To be Atlantic representative in public schools in all kind of activities that Atlantic organizes or being as an honour sponsor
- Participating in teachers recruitment including searching candidates, interviewing
- To be a bridge between teachers and Atlantic
- Working closely with all salesman/other departments to reach the target that management board assigned yearly
- Other tasks may be assigned when needed by management board
Key Selection Criteria:
Mandatory:
- Demonstrated and extensive experience in teachers management
- Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative work teams, locally and internationally and also to work independently
- At least two years management experience and four years teaching experience
Preferred:
- Experience in working with the same position in Vietnam or Asian countries
- Demonstrated knowledge of trend and best practice in public secondary & high schools in Vietnam
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- University Degree or equivalent
- Teaching certificate such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, etc
Preferred:
- Post graduate or Masters degrees
- DELTA certificate
