- JOB DETAILS:
RT Holdings group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice Principal (Expat Only) to lead the International Program in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Vice Principal is the overall academic and operational leader of the International Program, responsible for school performance, teaching quality, staff management, student outcomes, and compliance with international and local education standards.

- JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Vice Principal’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.1.1 Strategic Leadership & School Management
- Lead the overall operation and development of the International Program in alignment with the school’s strategic direction.
- Develop and implement annual academic plans, operational plans, and KPIs for the school.
- Ensure effective collaboration between academic, administrative, and support departments.
- Represent the school in meetings with the Board of Directors, Board of Principals, parents, and external partners.
- Build and maintain a positive school culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
1.1.2 Academic Leadership & Curriculum Management
- Take full responsibility for curriculum implementation, quality assurance, and academic outcomes of the International Program.
- Oversee curriculum development, review, and alignment with international frameworks (e.g. NESA, Cambridge, IB, or equivalent).
- Ensure teaching methodologies, assessment practices, and learning outcomes meet approved standards.
- Monitor academic performance data and implement improvement strategies.
- Lead academic inspections, audits, and preparation for external evaluations.
1.1.3 Teaching Quality & Professional Standards
- Establish and enforce professional teaching standards and academic regulations.
- Supervise and evaluate teaching quality through classroom observations, lesson reviews, and academic inspections.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, academic calendars, timetables, and instructional plans.
- Promote innovation in teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
- Ensure professional discipline and accountability among academic staff.
1.1.4 Staff Management & Human Resource Development
- Manage, supervise, and evaluate Coordinator and expat teachers.
- Approve/Assign teachers’ workload distribution, and professional responsibilities.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and contract renewal processes.
- Develop and implement professional development plans for teaching staff.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated academic team.
1.1.5 Student Management & Academic Outcomes
- Ensure effective systems for student assessment, evaluation, and classification in compliance with regulations.
- Oversee student academic progress, discipline, well-being, and learning support services.
- Promote student achievement through academic programs, competitions, and enrichment activities.
- Ensure accurate student records, reports, and academic documentation.
1.1.6 School Operations, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure the school operates in compliance with MOET regulations, international accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Lead preparation for inspections, audits, and reviews by relevant authorities.
- Oversee documentation, reports, and archived records related to academic and school operations.
- Monitor daily school activities and manage risks or incidents effectively.
- Report regularly to the Board of Directors on school performance and KPIs.
1.1.7 Stakeholder Engagement & School Development
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the wider school community.
- Support enrollment growth, school reputation, and program development.
- Contribute to marketing, branding, and school development initiatives as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors and Board of Principals.
1.2 WORKING HOUR:
- 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Education Management or related fields. Master’s degree in Education Leadership, Education Management, or equivalent (strongly preferred).
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with the NESA program's curriculum framework and subject guides.
- Experience in management at bilingual and international schools is preferred.
