Responsibilities and Duties

Class preparation
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities promptly
- Create lesson plans and curricula and modify them accordingly throughout the year.
- Develop and issue educational content, including notes, tests, and assignments
- Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
Class management
- Maintain student accountability and safety of students (i.e., attendance and behavior management) to encourage a productive learning environment.
- Teach the lesson plans based on course objectives.
- Teaching students aged 6-18 with an average 6-12 students class size.
- Implement character-based education in all classes.
After class activities
- Assign and grade homework, assignments, and tests.
- Provide written reports (mid-term/end of term) for individual students.
- Document students’ progress (i.e., progress reports and parent communication).
- Maintain parent communication with support from local course consultants.
