- JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for candidates for Personal Development Teacher Position for Sydney International School System (SISS).
Address: No.157 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, HCMC.
With the following job details:
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build up teaching materials for Personal Development subject.
- Adjust teaching materials during the academic year
- Teach Personal Development subject for different grade levels.
- Conduct professional development training to teachers, staff and students
- Apply psychological expertise to enhance and support the cognitive, emotional, social, physical and spiritual well-being of students
- Support the school leadership team to build and sustain a strong culture of wellbeing
- Provide counseling using evidence-based interventions to improve the wellbeing of students
- Undertake a cognitive, emotional and behavioral assessment to contribute to the development of appropriate school-based support for students.
- Work collaboratively with learning and support teams, parents and carers, and other
agencies, to enhance learning and well-being outcomes for students.
- WORKING HOUR:
40 hours per week (7:30 – 16:30) from Monday to Friday.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Philippines native
- Specialist in school psychology or psychology for at least 3 years
- Experience providing psychological assessment and counseling to students.
- Good working knowledge of mental health and the treatment of affective and behavioral
disorders.
- Good working knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and
treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
