E & G Training was established in 2017 with the purpose of delivering bespoke English and soft skills training courses for companies across Vietnam. Our courses and materials are entirely made in-house, reflecting our belief that Soft Skills and corporate English training should go hand-in-hand in order to provide a more useful and practical use of English at the workplace.
Our ideal candidate:
1. Is a passionate, energetic, and professional teacher with at least 2 years’ experience teaching adults.
2. Has a sound knowledge of English grammar and usage.
3. Is able to improvise and think on the spot in order to go with the flow of the lesson.
4. Can easily establish rapport with students and can maintain a lively, productive classroom atmosphere.
5. Is comfortable using computers and common video conferencing tools.
6. Is able to commute.
Details about the position:
1. Start in early April.
2. 12-15h teaching hours per week (on-site, at our office, and online), mostly in the mornings (8am onwards) and evenings (5.30pm onwards). Possibility of switching to full time after 1 month.
3. 550k-750k per hour + up to 200k allowance for off-site projects.
4. Up to 5mil bonus upon renewal of each corporate contract.
