Royal Kids College (RKC) is an English-immersion kindergarten and after-school program for children ages 3–15.
We provide a continuous EFL pathway—from playful language discovery to confident academic English—while fostering creativity, communication, and global-mindedness.

Your Role

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons following the RKC curriculum.
• Adapt lesson plans to different learning levels and learning styles.
• Use projects, games, and creative activities to build confidence and communication skills.
• Collaborate closely with Vietnamese co-teachers, assistants, and the academic team.

Assessment & Communication

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Communicate professionally with parents when needed and support students with the guidance of the Academic Director/Principal.

Classroom Environment

• Maintain a safe, caring, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Ensure smooth transitions, supervise students, and support their well-being.
• Coordinate with teaching assistants and report concerns promptly.

Professionalism

• Participate actively in training, team meetings, and school events.
• Represent RKC’s values in interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Manage parent communication via platforms such as KidsOnline.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable
• Insurance: As required by Vietnamese Labor Code (Social & Health Insurance)
• Annual Leave: 12 paid days + Vietnamese public holidays
  Leave typically aligns with school holiday periods.
• Tuition Discount: 50% discount for employee dependents attending RKC

Working Hours & Location

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: An Khanh, Ho Chi Minh City
• Start Date: February 23, 2026
• Mandatory Training: February 11–13, 2026 (paid)

Candidate Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Vietnam
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120+ hours required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field (preferred)
• Experience teaching ages 3–15 (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and cross-cultural communication skills
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, organized, and committed to professional growth
• Passionate about working with young learners
