[Hanoi] Supplementary Public-school Teachers - Sep 2026

Atlantic Five-Star English is looking for Full-time Supplementary Teachers to join our public- school programme in Hanoi.

This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about working with secondary students (11–15 years old) and enjoy a dynamic, communicative classroom environment.

• Guaranteed Hours: 40–60 teaching hours/month

• Salary: up to 560,000 VND gross/hour (based on experience & qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Teach English in public secondary schools (ages 11–15)

• Deliver communicative, student-centred lessons

• Manage large classes (40–50 students)

• Plan lessons, assess students & maintain records

• Travel between partner schools

• Participate in training, meetings, and school events

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject

• TESOL / CELTA / Trinity CertTESOL (or equivalent)

• Minimum 1 year teaching experience (2+ years preferred)

• Strong classroom management skills

• Ability to work in Vietnamese public school settings

• Clean criminal record

For non-native speakers:

• English proficiency at C1 level (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.)

Preferred

• Experience teaching large classes or public schools

• Cambridge / exam preparation experience

• Delta, DipTESOL or relevant Master’s
