Atlantic Five-Star English is now hiring Full-time IELTS Teachers to join our public-school programme in Hanoi for the 2026–2027 academic year.

What you’ll be doing

• Teach IELTS / Academic English to high school students (ages 15–18)
• Deliver engaging lessons covering speaking, listening, reading & writing
• Prepare students for IELTS and other standardised exams
• Track student progress & provide feedback through assessments
• Collaborate with Academic & Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Participate in school activities, workshops & professional development
• You’ll be teaching in real classrooms, making real impact — not just test prep.

Working schedule

•  60 teaching hours/month (guaranteed)
• Classes: Daytime hours
• Teaching at public schools across Hanoi

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree + CELTA/Trinity TESOL (or equivalent)
• At least 2-year teaching experience (teenagers)
• Proven experience teaching IELTS / TOEFL / Academic English
• Strong classroom management and effective communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with teenage students (15–18)
• Experience teaching in Vietnamese public schools is highly preferred
• Clean criminal record
