Part - Time ESL Teacher Wanted in Hanoi City | For Expatriates Currently in Viet Nam| Work Permit and TRC Sponsorship

I. Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver dynamic, communicative lessons to students across various levels (young learners, teens, and adults) in alignment with VIA’s syllabus and teaching
• Follow, adapt, and enhance prescribed project lessons to ensure successful academic outcomes using effective strategies.
• Actively connect classroom activities with project goals and provide constructive feedback on students’ completed work.
• Assist in placement testing and classroom allocation for
• Perform essential administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date records of work, registers, lesson plans, and assessments, under the guidance of the Center Manager or Academic Manager.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback throughout their learning journey.
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan, organize, and implement workshops at centers

II. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and TESOL/TEFL/CELTA are required
• English Proficiency is a plus
• At least 1 year of ESL/EFL teaching; international experience is preferred
• Native-level English fluency, strong communication, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity
• Strong knowledge of best practices and current trends in English language teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers and students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
