ILO Preschool is founded and operated by ILA, one of the largest International Language Providers in Vietnam, with over 25 years of experience in the education industry. ILO Preschool is a bilingual preschool that combines Finnish early childhood education concepts, considered among the best in the world today, with our dynamic, play-based methodologies developed for Vietnamese children. We are looking for teachers who would like to register their interest in part-time or full-time positions, as well as teachers interested in covering classes, who can create a joyful learning environment for our students.

Working hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster 'whole child' development.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive school culture.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in English Language Teaching with a duration of 120+ hours (TEFL Level 4 Certificate or higher, AVSE TESOL, CELTA/Trinity, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-year Bachelor’s degree
- English proficiency level: Native
- Be able to commit to teaching at ILO the full Academic Year (Jan 2023 - Jul 2024).
- Be flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children from 18 months - 6 years old.
- Have at least one year of ILA Jumpstart teaching experience (or equivalent) to a proficient standard.
- Previous experience teaching in a bilingual or international kindergarten setting is desirable.
