AEAS is located in Melbourne, Australia and provides a comprehensive assessment service for international school students applying for entry into Australian and New Zealand schools. The AEAS assessment includes English language proficiency tests (in five skill areas), mathematical reasoning and general ability tests. AEAS testing is available worldwide. Casual Test Administrator position - Hanoi, Vietnam
- Test Administrators must be available on a casual basis.
- Test sessions are in Hanoi and are currently scheduled on a monthly basis.
- Students sitting the AEAS test are applying for entry into Years 4 -12 in Australian schools and Years 5-13 in New Zealand schools. The Test Administrator will be responsible for managing the arrival and check-in of students and invigilating the written components of the AEAS Test, which takes up to four hours under examination conditions. Speaking tests and interviews occur after the written tests, are conducted individually and take up to 15 minutes per student. Once testing has been completed, the Test Administrator returns assessments, test materials and other relevant documents to the AEAS Melbourne office for marking and report writing.
- Test Administrators are renumerated for this task and time.
- The payment for post-test tasks depends on the number of students in each test session.
- Training and ongoing support is provided to Test Administrators from our Head Office in Melbourne.
Successful applicants will meet the Key Selection Criteria and will preferably have experience in testing or examination administration under formal conditions.
An understanding of issues in successful test administration and test material security practices will be an advantage.
