Vietnamese Teacher (1-6 Years Old Bilingual School)

Key tasks:

• Planning activities according to the school's program and curriculum;
• Delivering the program and curriculum in both English and Vietnamese;
• Working in a positive, creative and holistic way, according to the school’s philosophy and pedagogy;
• Being a role model for both the students and other team members;
• Working closely with the pedagogic team to report how the students are doing and which strategy is put in place to ensure their well-balance; sharing about any struggles, concerns and about the communication with parents;
• Giving direction, guiding and following up on how her team of Teacher Assistants and Foreign Multi-disciplinary teachers handle the students;
• Responsible for training and supporting Teacher Assistants and overseeing their execution of their duties;
• Responsible for the look of their class and state of the resources in their home-rooms;
• Responsible for reporting back about the look of the school and resources;
• Reporting to parents on a regular basis according to the school’s policy.

Key requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a BA degree, Major: Early Childhood Education
• Experience & Skills: At least 1-year experience working with a group of young students(1 to 6 years old) in an International or Bilingual school with a relevant philosophy and pedagogy;
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English (written and spoken)
