[Sa Pa] Short-term Specialised English Communication teachers (Tourism & Hospitality)

Language Link Vietnam is now looking for an ESL teacher to join our team and teach Communication English for Tourism & Hospitality to staff from a renowned corporate group in Sa Pa.

• Course Duration: 4-5 months
• Start Date: Mid-November 2025
• Schedule: 
  • 3 classes
  • 2 hours/lesson, 2 lessons/week/class
  • 12 teaching hours per week
• Teaching location: Sa Pa
• Teaching rate: 650,000 VND/hour (Gross)
• Benefits: 
  • Monthly housing allowance: 8,000,000 VND (Gross)
  • Teachers who do not live in Sa Pa will receive a one-time round-trip ticket from their current residence to the designated location
  • Visa sponsorship

• A bachelor’s degree in any subjects
• An accredited teaching certificate (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL…)
• Minimum of 2 years teaching adults, with a focus on Communicative English.
• Experience in the Hospitality field is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN DUTIES

• Teach 4 English skills including reading, writing, listening and speaking, focusing on speaking and listening skill for communication in Hospitality industry
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans based on the curriculum plans provided in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
• Create multi-faceted lessons to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere that engage learners and develop their team working, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Monitor learners’ progress and provide regular reports regarding their participation and progress to help manage learners’ performance throughout the course, and to actively promote learner autonomy.
• To represent LLV at site and liaison with clients/students if/when necessary.
• To liaise with AC/Training Manager (if needed) for academic related issues.
• To actively engage in professional development and performance management systems and procedures to assure high standards in teaching and learning.
• To contribute positively to Language Link Vietnam and position as a benchmark standard in best practice in the sector.
