Description
Job description
01: Oversee all International Curriculum staff, assigning duties in line with their roles and employment terms.
02: Develop, organize, and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with students' needs, interests, and developmental stages, considering available resources.
03: Ensuring regular monitoring and evaluation of school performance, maintaining records of self-assessment, improvement areas, and progress.
04: Provide parents/guardians with consistent updates on curriculum, student progress, and other school-related matters to foster a shared understanding of school goals.
05: Maintain effective systems for planning, assessment, recording, and reporting, using data to monitor student achievement and progress.
06: Contribute to teaching as needed, including covering for absent teachers.
07: Advise and report to the School Management Team on responsibilities, as required.
Key Relationship
01: Internal relationships: School Management Team, K1-12 Operation Director, Academic Executives from IGC Group.
02: Report to: School Management Team.
03: Staff Supervised: Vietnamese and Expat Head Teacher, Class Managers, Academic Team, Subject Teachers, MOET curriculum Teachers.
Requirements
01: Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
02: Minimum of 3 years's experience in a similar role
03: Strong leadership skills in managing English language teaching and learning, as well as overseeing the International Program curriculum across all grade levels
04: ICT proficiency
Working hour:
Monday to Friday: from 7.00 AM to 5.00 PM
