2. Tailor lessons to meet the specific needs of secondary and high school students.
3. Incorporate interactive and communicative teaching methods to enhance language skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking).
Classroom Instruction
1. Teach IELTS preparation classes, focusing on achieving high band scores for students.
2. Provide strategies for mastering the IELTS test format and question types.
3. Promote active learning, critical thinking, and effective test-taking strategies.
Assessment and Feedback
1. Administer mock IELTS tests and evaluate student progress.
2. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
3. Maintain records of student progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Student Support
1. Motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
2. Identify and address individual student challenges in language acquisition.
Professionalism
1. Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the educational standards of the institution.
