Description
I. Job description:
- Full-time teachers for Swan Academy (kindergartens), classes from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m – 4.30 p.m.
- Act as main teacher in the class and lead the Vietnamese Teaching Assistants in looking after the children.
- Prepare and deliver the daily/weekly lesson plan based on the curriculum.
- Carry out the monthly test and write progress reports.
- Develop a relationship and make connections with parents, sharing with them the children’s progress in the class through daily interaction, answering parent’s questions on issues related to children at the class.
- Attend parent-teacher interviews and school events if any.
II. Requirements:
- Native English Speakers
- Certified teacher: TEFL/TESOL/Others
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Education
- Good understanding of childcare
- Able to communicate well with local teachers
- Creative and committed to teaching young children
- Flexible and cooperate, patient and kind with children, culturally sensitive
