Job Description: Full-Time Teaching Positions for 2025/2026 (Starts in August) | Science | Maths | English | STEAM

About the Role:

The English Connection is seeking passionate and experienced teachers for the 2025/2026 academic year. We are hiring 25 full-time teaching positions across various subjects, including Science, Mathematics, English, and STEAM. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic educators dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment for students in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school activities.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a native English speaker from one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of teaching experience.
• TEFL/TESOL certification with a 120-hour training course or more is required for English teaching roles.
• Experience in primary, secondary, or high school teaching is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
• A commitment to professional development and teamwork.
