About the Role

We are looking for a freelancer who speaks English as a second language to support upcoming international career-oriented events and help promote our programs to multi-national students. This flexible, hourly-paid role includes coordinating onsite events between Vietnamese and English-speaking instructors and students, supporting communication, and presenting JM’s career simulation programs to prospective international students.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite events by supporting communication between Vietnamese instructors and international students or speakers.

• Provide English interpretation during JM events, workshops, and interactive sessions.

• Assist instructors by clarifying instructions, student questions, and other communication in a clear and professional manner.

• Participate in consultation sessions to introduce and promote JM’s career simulation programs to foreign students and parents.

• Help guide prospective students through the program selection and enrollment process.

• Support general communication and follow-up tasks related to event coordination and program sales.

Requirements

• Speak English as the second language. Vietnamese language skills are not required.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in sales, customer service, education, or event coordination is a strong advantage.

• Friendly, persuasive communicator with an interest in youth development and career education.

• Organized, professional, and proactive in supporting event logistics and consultation sessions.

• Available to work onsite during events and to conduct consulting sessions for clients at Juvenis Maxime and partner schools.

Working Arrangement & Compensation

• Freelance, hourly-based payment.

• No fixed schedule; working hours depend on event timing and consultation needs.

• Compensation Structure:

-Event coordination & interpretation: VND500,000 – VND800,000/hour (based on experience and event complexity)

-Sales-related consultations: VND300,000 – VND500,000/hour plus a success fee for each student enrollment (to be discussed during the interview)
