About the Role

MAAD is seeking passionate and professional ESL teachers to join our growing network of partner schools across Hanoi. We recruit educators for public schools, private schools, bilingual programs, kindergartens, and language centers, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities throughout the academic year.

As a MAAD teacher, you will be matched with teaching positions that align with your qualifications, experience, schedule, and career goals while receiving ongoing support from our recruitment and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and communicative English lessons to students of various ages and English proficiency levels.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
• Follow the school's curriculum and teaching guidelines while incorporating effective classroom activities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback when required.
• Maintain professional communication with school staff and MAAD coordinators.
• Attend orientation sessions and required school meetings when applicable.
• Complete basic administrative tasks, including attendance records and lesson reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Native English speaker or non-native teacher with excellent English proficiency.
• Previous ESL teaching experience is preferred; however, motivated newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong classroom management skills.
• Eligible to obtain a Vietnamese Work Permit (where applicable).
