[HANOI] Foreign English Teachers

JOB DESCRIPTION

Enspire Hanoi has been teaching English languge for students at numerous kindergartens and primary schools as well the English Centre and various customers in Hanoi.

As a growing company, we are looking for ESL native teachers to share the same mission for the next school year starting from August officially.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Contract term: from 09 months to 1 year. The contract can be renewed based on the mutual agreement of both parties.
• Teachers’ schedules are arranged by Enspire.
• 90-hour commitment (per month) from both parties.
• Teachers will be guaranteed a fixed salary even though Enspire cannot provide maximum hours as committed and higher extra pay for extra hours.
• Teaching venues are located in Hanoi ONLY.
• The lesson plans are prepared and provided by Enspire
• Teachers are supported by qualified Enspire’s Assistants during all lessons.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Based salary (for 80 hours): 35,000,000 – 40,000,000 vnd / month in the school-year period (from September to May).
• During summer time, teachers will get paid on a hourly basis.
• For teaching locations over 10 km from the company’s office (at Lang Ha street, Dong Da district), the extra fee will be paid to the teacher.
• Enspire provides teachers with professional training and support in scheduling (e.g. finding cover teachers when absent, flexible arrangment of teaching locations and timetable, etc).
• Enspire assists and sponsors to obtain the work permit and Temporary Residence Card/Long-term Visa.
• Teachers are entitled to health insurance allowance for 9 month or 1 year contract.
• Housing allowance: 2 weeks at hotel/hostel upon arrival, approx. 4,000,000 VND (reimbursed after 3 months working for the company). Enspire Hanoi will recommend and support teachers to look for a long-term accommodation if needed.
• Airfare support: 3,000,000 VND (reimbursed after 3 months working for the company)
• First entry visa and state fee covered: approx. 4,000,000 VND.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ELS Teachers from Canada, UK, Australia, US and South Africa
• Holding a Bachelor degree and certificates (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.)
• Being interested in teaching
• Having ability to take responsibility, being friendly, active, enthusiastic
• Having love to children.
