Description
Wordplay English Language Center is an American owned and operated language center that opened its doors in Hanoi in 2017 and has supported over 500 students studying Phonics, Reading, Writing, Speaking, STEM, and more.
Wordplay’s second location in Danang has been open to students since July 2020. Under American management, Danang is planning for rapid growth when we return to in-person learning and is seeking qualified teachers to support new classes for students aged 4-12.
Wordplay curriculum is rooted in the Jolly phonics program, a multi-sensory synthetic phonics-based approach to teaching young learners. In addition to our introductory phonics classes, Wordplay teaches reading, writing, speaking, and STEM.
Qualified candidates will be native English speakers who have:
- 1-year teaching experience
- University degree
- CELTA, TESOL or TEFL certification (120+ hours)
Benefits:
- Up to 600,000 VND Per Hour
- Work Permit + TRC for long-term contracts
- Weekday evening + Saturday morning classes. Saturday PM & Sunday OFF
- Teaching Assistant support in all classes
- Maximum class size: 12 students
