Description
Step By Step Education is an educational company partnering with schools in Hanoi to develop a bilingual learning system following American programs. We are looking for English Language Art teachers for the new school year 2024 - 2025.
- At Everest School: 2 part time ELA teachers working 3 hours in the morning from Monday to Friday.
- At Western Hanoi School: 1 full time ELA teacher - working from 8 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday (teaching 4.5 hours/day)
Requirements:
- Education qualifications:
+ Required Bachelor degree (or higher) preferred in Education, or English Literature, Journalism...
- Personal Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a ELA Teacher.
+ Excellent oral and communication skills.
+ Dynamic character and personality, and proper social capability to relate effectively with diverse staff, students, parents.
+ Demonstrate proficiency of technology resources, tools, and curricula;
+ Able to provide quality and effective instructional strategies;
+ Enjoy the challenges of teaching and meeting the individual needs of students
