Description
SSA is one of the leading sports training academies in Vietnam. We don’t just train kids on sports skills but also pass on to them a lifelong passion for excellence and self-development. With all programs taught in English and a credible curriculum followed by direction of Saigon Heat, FIBA, NBA, we are committed to deliver an international standard for all parents and kids.
Key responsibilities
Basketball coaching:
- Become an Expat Coach for Basketball. Teach, manage and play with the children. Can lead, manage a Basketball class well.
- Attendance check, make reports after class.
- Deliver the course-plan for Basketball (Community and schools).
- Represent SSA in a professional manner on and off the court.
- Regular travel is required as a part of the role within Hanoi.
Events and Tournaments:
- Involve in organizing outing days, outdoor activities.
Other tasks assigned by Supervior.
Requirements:
- College Degree or other Qualification/Certificates of equivalent value.
- Basketball coaching/playing for school team experience or related certification highly preferred.
- Full understanding of the rules of specific sport (especially Basketball), willing to invole in other sport activities.
- English speaking fluency.
- Be able to work on his/her own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable to unexpected challenges.
