1. Volunteer for education (VEO)
This is a paid program formed in 2015 for someone who likes to discover different
culture in different regions of Vietnam and do meaningful things for people there. They have many projects in different provinces, from the North West with gorgeous rice terraces to the life above water in the South West.
When you join VEO’s projects, you will not only do charity activities but also attend other activities with local people. During those activities learn about their culture and experience people’s life. VEO also holds some events with a lot of fun games during your volunteering period to connect volunteers in the project and make it memorable for yourself. Since this is a paid project so VEO will take care of everything, your accommodation, food, volunteer schedule and your safety. The benefit of a paid program is you can just enjoy your time and focus on helping people, you don’t need to find accommodation to stay, transportation to go, what to do, what need to notice. You will have support from VEO’s staff to make your program complete.

2. Volunteer in Vietnam- Ta Van Village, Sapa
If you like the beauty of nature, Sapa will be the perfect destination for you to come and volunteer. This is also an education project for poor ethnic children in Ta Van village. The children here usually can not afford to go to English classes and even most of them have to work since they are 8 or 9 years old. The works they can do are selling local souvenirs for tourists or being tour guides for foreign tourists. That’s why being able to speak English will help them so much to improve their quality of life quality.
Known as a virtual town in mist, Sapa has always had special allure travelers from everywhere by fresh air, beautiful scenery and glamor as a picture. In this project, you will live in a volunteer house at Ta Van village. Everyday you can enjoy the beautiful nature around you and go to some other village on your days off to visit. You will be surprised how gorgeous this place is.
This program is free, you don’t have to pay for participating but there are something you have to prepare:

3. Volunteer On The Food Outreach Project In Vietnam
This program is based in Ho Chi Minh city. Volunteers on the Food Outreach project in Vietnam provide assistance to a local ‘soup kitchen’ to assist in administering up to 300 meals per day to people from various backgrounds including low-income earners, disabled, students, children and the elderly. Volunteers are needed for every element of this operation and tasks include food preparation, cooking, serving and cleaning. Volunteers on this project will get to interact with locals daily and by being a part of a team that provides such a basic necessity to those less fortunate, volunteers will have a very rewarding experience.
