Description
Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS) is looking to appoint a native English speaking Test Administrator in Hanoi. Test Administrators are required to be available on a casual basis.
AEAS is located in Melbourne, Australia and provides a comprehensive assessment service for international students applying for entry into Australian schools. The AEAS Assessment includes English language tests (in five skill areas), mathematical reasoning and general ability tests. AEAS testing is available in over 50 test centres across 20 countries.
Students sitting the AEAS test may be applying for entry into Years 4 – 12 in Australian schools. Test sessions are scheduled on regular advertised dates and occasionally on demand.
The Test Administrator will be responsible for preparing materials for the test and invigilating the written components of the AEAS Assessment (which take approximately 4 hours) under strict supervision. Speaking tests are conducted individually and take approximately 10 – 15 minutes per student. Written and listening tests will be administered in a group setting, with individual interviews following.
Once the assessment is completed, the Test Administrator is responsible for returning the completed test papers to the AEAS Melbourne office for marking and report writing.
Successful applicants will meet the Key Selection Criteria and will preferably have experience in test or examination administration under formal conditions. An understanding of issues in successful test administration and test material security practices will be an advantage.
Test Administrations are required to sign an agreement with AEAS
