Description

AEAS is seeking a Test Administrator based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  Test Administrators are required to be available on a casual basis.

AEAS is located in Melbourne, Australia, and provides a comprehensive assessment service for international students applying for entry into Australian and New Zealand schools. The AEAS Assessment includes English language tests (in five skill areas), mathematical reasoning and general ability tests. AEAS testing is available worldwide.

Students sitting the AEAS test are applying for entry into Years 4 -12 in Australian schools. Test sessions in Ho Chi Minh City are scheduled on a fortnightly basis.

The Test Administrator will be responsible for managing the arrival and check in of students and invigilating the written components of the AEAS Test, which takes approximately 3 hours, under examination conditions. Speaking tests and interviews occur after the written tests, are conducted individually, and take up to 15 minutes per student.

Once testing has been completed, the Test Administrator returns test materials and other relevant documents to the AEAS Melbourne office for marking and report writing.

Training and ongoing support is provided to Test Administrators.

Successful applicants will meet the Key Selection Criteria and will preferably have experience in test or examination administration under formal conditions. An understanding of issues in successful test administration and test material security practices will be an advantage.

Test Administrations are required to sign an agreement with AEAS.
