Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ESL trainer/instructor to deliver intensive 6-day (36-hour) in-class TESOL teacher training courses on weekdays and weekends. Leveraging your unique strengths to enrich our curriculum, you will have the opportunity to deliver between one and four courses per month, offering a flexible and accommodating schedule. Our philosophy emphasises student-centred teaching, integrating both creativity and professionalism into the classroom. As an instructor/trainer, you will be responsible for preparing and facilitating TESOL training certification courses using the curriculum developed by AIT TESOL. Major Responsibilities

• Deliver TESOL training courses primarily in Hanoi, as well as in other cities and provinces in Northern and Central Vietnam as needed.
• Conduct training sessions in an engaging and highly interactive manner.
• Foster a dynamic learning environment through active class discussions.
• Evaluate the performance of trainees fairly and accurately.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or other field.
• Minimum of 3 years of ESL teaching experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills with diverse individuals.
• Ability to share practical teaching experiences and examples.
• Willingness to assume positions of responsibility as needed.
• Commitment to the position at Educap - AIT TESOL for at least 2 years.

• Attend and complete a full AIT TESOL course.
• Receive on-the-job training in Hanoi.
• Observe AIT TESOL courses conducted by other senior trainers.
• Conduct a course in Hanoi with support and under the observation of the Academic Manager.
• Receive certification and begin training upon approval.
