Education Research Pedagogy Council of Sakura Montessori International Preschool is now seeking a talented and dedicated Team leader of English program who is passionate about researching and developing English curriculum for young learners.
Job details are as follows:
Overall responsibilities:
- Working with the Educational research pedagogy council (ERPC) of Sakura Montessori International School and Leaders of the school about the English program and any related
- Engaging in classroom teaching when required to continuously evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of the curriculum.
- Managing the current staff and schedule
- Participating in interviewing and training new teachers
- Liaising with school staff in responding to parents’ concerns about the English program
- Acting as the Program’s representative at meetings and events about Montessori or English program offered by the
- Organizing workshops and seminars to improve teachers’ teaching skills and according to the school
- Supporting and taking part in PR activities, concerts, and seminars at the school.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Master degree
- Teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA,...)
- A minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience English for kindergarten in Vietnam
- A minimum of 1 year experience in designing teaching plan/ English curriculum
- Friendly, out-going, careful
- Good teamwork spirit
- Love working with children
Working hours:
- 40 hours/week: 8 hours per day (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday –Friday)
Salary after tax: $2500 per month
