Secondary Principal/Vice Principal

SenTia is now looking for qualified, compassionate, and passionate Principals/Vice Principals of Secondary and Highschool for International program. The positions will be full-time, starting in June 2026.

Job description:

• School management in accordance with regulations of the education sector and the school regulation.
• Build an organizational structure, plan and manage the implementation of activities during the school year.
• Manage the teachers of the school, guide the head teachers to perform professional work.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate teachers' teaching activities, coordinate and arrange them within the scope of management.
• Plan training and coaching to improve professional qualifications for teachers and staff, implement solutions to improve teaching quality.
• Discuss and promptly resolve questions from parents within the scope of authority.

Requirement:

• Be a native English speaker or a non-native English speaker who can demonstrate a native level of English ability in writing and speaking.
• Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree relevant to the subject applied for. A Degree in the field of Education is preferable.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience teaching and 2 years in management role in Education field.
• Have experience in management at bilingual and international schools in Vietnam is preferable.
• Be able to demonstrate effective communication, professional standards, and ethical behavior.
• Be prepared to enthusiastically take part in all aspects of school life, including becoming involved in school events and participating in extracurricular activities.
