Victory School is seeking passionate, dedicated, and professionally certified English, Math, and Science teachers to join our team. We welcome teachers who are committed to supporting students’ growth through both curricular and extracurricular activities.

2. Applicant requirements

Qualifications:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in English, Math, Science education.
• and or PGCE/Teaching license or equivalent.
• and TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: These positions are not open to candidates who have not completed the minimum qualifications listed above. Non-education Bachelor's degrees with a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA are not sufficient unless a professional teaching credential has already been obtained.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Fluent English speaker (minimum C1 level; internationally recognized evidence required for non-native speakers).
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.
• Professional qualities: adaptability, patience, flexibility, teamwork, and a positive outlook.
• Ability to deliver a demo lesson or submit a lesson plan (35–45 minutes) upon request.
• Clear police check, no criminal record, and good health (certificates required).
• Eligibility to obtain a work permit under Vietnamese regulations.

3. Main Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Support the design and development of relevant subject syllabus of the school.
• Teach English, Math and or Science to students according to the requirements of the school curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, and teaching materials for class instruction and activities.
• Adapt teaching methods, learning strategies, and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.
• Conduct assessments of student according to the requirements of the school, monitoring student academic progress and providing feedback.
• Attend faculty meetings, professional development training, and school events.
• Plan and work on extracurricular activities such as clubs, academic contests, etc.
• Perform other professional duties as assigned by the Principal/Director.
