1. Paid Training Provided- all teachers receive 1 week of training before stepping in to the classroom. This also includes opportunities to observe our current teachers in the classroom.
2. Professional Development - All teachers receive support and guidance from a Senior Teacher at their centre. This includes quarterly observations and feedback. Performance reviews are conducted every 6 months as well as monthly Academic workshops.

4. Unique Curriculum- We have a unique curriculum and provide all materials needed to make you successful as a teacher.
5. Fixed Teaching Hours- Our part-time teachers have fixed schedules teaching up to 16 hours a week. There are also additional opportunities to cover classes when needed.
6. Clubs and Social Events!- At I Can Read we love to work hard and play hard! We currently have a board game club and a fitness club as well as team building events and an annual company trip.

8. Very Competitive Pay Rates- We pay our teachers between $20-$25 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications Needed To Apply!

• Be a native English speaker
• Hold a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/PGCE Qualification
• Hold a Bachelors Degree
• Be willing to grow and learn
• Be willing to work on weekday evenings and weekends
