JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Prepare to teach:

2. Directly participate in teaching through the Trans system.

- Guaranteed 100% teaching participation in 60 minutes of lessons according to the Pronunciation Workshop - Effortless English route

- Ensure the quality of the class according to the regulations of the training room.

- Ensuring 100% of students can grasp the content of lessons and interact in the learning process

- Support students with knowledge and materials, methods of learning English while teaching and at home when students request.

3. To comply with regulations on classroom management

- Report and update class results in accordance with the process and regulations of online teaching of e-mail.

- Take attendance of students into the Class Management (QLLH) file after each lesson.

- Post the content of lessons and challenges to Group class after each lesson.

- Evaluate the end-of-course videos of students to evaluate the capacity of end-of-course students.

4. Participate in value-added activities for students

- Tutoring students wishing to make up or tutoring knowledge. Duration: 15 minutes / shift / group / individual. (If the student needs and has a salary to support the teacher)

- Interact, motivate and help when students have questions and need answers.
