Online Native Teacher Wanted! Teaching All Levels

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Teach ESL and IELTS to students of different levels (teens and adults) through online platforms, following the center’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered online lessons that develop communication skills, exam techniques, and critical thinking.
• Prepare students for IELTS examinations (Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading) and other English proficiency goals.
• Design and adapt lesson plans, digital materials, and activities to suit online learning environments and diverse learner needs.
• Monitor student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their target scores.
• Participate in online meetings, training sessions, and academic activities as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Recognized teaching certification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent) is required.
• Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching ESL and/or IELTS, preferably in an online setting.
• Familiarity with IELTS exam structure, marking criteria, and teaching strategies is preferred.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, clear pronunciation, and ability to engage students in an online environment.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
