APAX English is currently recruiting full-time teachers for its new IELTS programme in Vinh city, Hanoi, Hai Phong city, Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh city.

Applicants must have prior experience of teaching IELTS classes or similar exam preparation courses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• native English speaker
• currently living in HCMC, Hanoi city, Hai Phong city, Vinh city, Binh Duong province or able to relocate quickly
• bachelor's degree (or higher)
• ESL teaching certificate (Trinity, CELTA, or comparable 120-hour programme)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Typical tasks include but are not limited to:

• preparing and delivering lessons (minimal lesson planning is required)
• classroom management
• marking and providing appropriate feedback on writing tasks and students’ spoken English
• attending training sessions
• basic administration, e.g. taking attendance, inputting grades, giving feedback on student progress, other ad-hoc marketing/promotional activities, etc.
• total 35 working hours per week over 6 days (Mondays free)
