ESL Teacher – Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to Primary and Secondary students using the company's provided curriculum.

• Effectively utilize teaching resources, including detailed lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, teaching props, and interactive games.

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and productive classroom through strong classroom management.

• Operate classroom technology and equipment, including laptops, computers, speakers, and projectors, to support interactive learning.

• Participate actively in company-organized extracurricular events, cultural festivals, and academic activities.

• Attend comprehensive training sessions to develop a strong understanding of the company's teaching methodologies and curriculum.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.

• Ability to provide the original degree along with a consular legalized/notarized copy for the Vietnamese Work Permit application.

• A recognised TESOL or TEFL qualification of at least 120 hours, with legalized/notarized documentation.

• EFSET Certificate at C1 or C2 level (Advanced/Proficient).

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of English teaching experience.

• Previous experience teaching Primary and Secondary students.

• Teaching experience in Vietnam or other Asian countries is highly preferred.

• Ability to provide official Experience Confirmation Letters from previous employers for Work Permit processing in Vietnam.

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and respect for Vietnamese culture.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.

Technical Skills

• Confident using classroom technology, including laptops, projectors, speakers, and multimedia teaching tools.

• Comfortable integrating technology into daily classroom instruction.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of 420,000 – 530,000 VND, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Guaranteed 18–30 teaching hours per week.
