IELTS & Cambridge English Teacher - Lam Dong

Job Description
The teacher will be responsible for teaching English to young learners and IELTS students based on the center's training program.

Teaching duties include:
- Teaching English to children based on the Cambridge program: Starters, Movers, and Flyers.
- Teaching IELTS classes.
- Providing 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Teaching group classes based on the center's training program.
- Teaching according to the curriculum and learning pathway of IELTS 9.0.
- Training students in speaking, pronunciation, fluency, and communication reflexes.
- Providing 1:1 coaching according to the assigned schedule.
- Correcting students' mistakes directly during the learning process.
- Coordinating with the academic department to monitor students' progress.
- Participating in internal training based on the center's teaching model.
Requirements
- Must be a foreign teacher with clear, standard, and easy-to-understand pronunciation.
- Experience in English teaching or IELTS preparation is an advantage.
- Ability to teach both group classes and 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional.
- Able to work stably according to the center's teaching schedule.
Working Hours
- Teaching hours: 100–150 hours per month.
- Minimum guaranteed hours: The center guarantees at least 100 teaching hours per month for each teacher.
- During summer: daytime schedule.
- During the school year: afternoon/evening and weekend schedule.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 10 USD per teaching hour.
- Expected income: 1,000–1,500 USD per month.
