Teachers are provided with lesson plans and teaching materials for the majority of classes, helping reduce preparation time while still allowing creativity when planning larger Social Club sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
To maintain WSE's high teaching standards and reputation among private language centres in Vietnam, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Native-level English speaker holding a passport from one of the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa, in accordance with Vietnamese immigration requirements.
Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in one of the seven countries listed above.
CELTA or Trinity certification conducted in-house, or an MA in TESOL, is strongly preferred.
Other equivalent TEFL qualifications may also be considered.
Demonstrate professionalism, dynamism, and a genuine passion for teaching.
Show a strong commitment to delivering high-quality English language education.
KEY TEACHING APPROACH
