   * Teaching certification or relevant ESL teaching qualification.
   * Proven experience teaching young children, preferably in an ESL setting.
   * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   * Creative, patient, and adaptable with a passion for teaching.
   * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
