Sunshine village school is looking for a full-time FEMALE kindergarten teacher ( non-native /filipino english speakers) for our campus in Tan Phu and District 7, Ho Chi Minh city.

Hiring candidates who can work from the beginning of September

Job Requirements:

•  Having a diploma or certificate in teaching English as a second language.
• Having teaching experience in Asia, especially Vietnam.
•  Knowledge of early childhood education is a MUST!
•  Familiar with Reggio Emilia approach
•  Experienced in working with a group of young children from 3-6 years old for at least 1 year
• Commit to teaching on a long-term basis
•  On a suitable business visa.

Job Description:

As a teacher, you are going to:

• Create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for the children.
•  Demonstrate a positive, compassionate, and patient attitude towards children.
•  Be a positive role model for children at all times
•  Interact with children and get involved in children’s play as a way of role-modeling and constructing observations.
•  Respect and listen to each child’s voice.
•  Promote, encourage and facilitate children in developing self-confidence, self-awareness, independence, and other areas of child development
•  Communicate with children in a clear, positive manner.
•  Using play-based learning and hands-on teaching methods
•  Monitoring children’s interactions and nurturing cooperation and sharing.
•  Guides and stimulates the children in all aspects of their development by organizing different activities
•  Be aware of the developmental stages of the children, observes children and report about their well-being to the manager, and inform the parent about the child’s development.
• Takes care of the daily hygiene of children.

Salary & benefits

Salary: up to 25 milions VND/month
