[HANOI] School Partnership Primary Teacher (Starting ASAP)

In IEG’s school partnership program, this position is responsible to plan, prepare and deliver high quality English lessons for Primary students following the Our World and Explore Our World (OW&EOW) while taking students' differences and needs into account. Additionally, this position will support his/her team in other tasks including managing students’ performance, academic-related duties, trainings, events.

School location: Marie Curie I primary school - Trần Văn Lai, Mễ Trì, Nam Từ Liêm, Hà Nội, Việt Nam 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver high quality English language teaching courses that meet the needs of different student groups taking into account individual learning styles.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout the term/course/semester.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation and improvement of the courses and materials.
• Carry out other academic-related duties to specific standards, including but not limited to: Preparing lesson plans, grading students’ homework, making student evaluations, attending parents’ meetings, attending required IEG training and professional development sessions, supporting IEG when needed to advise parents and students on the best study plan.
• Support local marketing and assist the teaching center team in delivering excellent customer service.
