[Hanoi] Part-time Football Coaches for Candidates currently in Hanoi

AC Milan Academy Hanoi belongs to AC Milan International Academies, was established in 2020 with the objective of offering players aged 5 to 18 years old a chance to partake in elite training to accompany their sporting and personal growth, with core values such as sporting spirit, respect and teamwork being transmitted in the process.

AC Milan Academy Hanoi is expanding to different areas in Hanoi (such as Ha Dong, Tay Ho, Thanh Xuan, Dong Da etc.) and partnering international schools to provide community football training.

We are looking for an independent and adaptable member to deliver training sessions to players following Milan

Methodology and Head Coach's supervision.

Reporting line:

• Direct report: Head Coach.

Responsibilities:

• Follow Academy Head Coach's instruction to deliver football training sessions.
• Understand the proposal prepared weekly and implement the training following the plan/methodology.
• Study and prepare the weekly training proposal plan.
• Prepare and set up the pitch following the proposal plan at least 30 minutes before training starts.
• Take care of the Academy's facilities such as goals, cones, balls, boxes, pumps, bibbs…
• Join weekly meetings with Coaches team.
• Attend monthly formation day.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills in English.
• Desire to learn and improve coaching skills, football training knowledge and soft skills such as organization, time management, problem-solving, multitasking etc.
• The coach will be required to sign confidential and non-compete agreement. In general, they are not allowed to work for another football academy/ similar organizations during the 12 months after leaving the Academy. All the training materials given, and proposal plans are considered confidential and not allowed to be distributed to any others unless having prior written consent of the Academy.
• Subject to the availability of the project and the performance of the coach, the Academy can terminate with the coach immediately.
• The coach will have one month trial period and will start with school's partnership training first. After trial period, subject to the suitability, the coach can be arranged for Academy's training.

What we offer:

• Working time: weekly meeting with coaches’ team (Wed lunch time); coaching sessions as per rotation schedule.
• Training session duration: 1hr and 30 minutes.
• Starting salary: VND 300.000 / training session; up to 500,000 VND/ training session, based on your qualification/experience
• Opportunities to learn about professional football training methodology and improve personal soft skills.
• A set of Puma uniform (shirt, short and 1 pair of socks) will be delivered and must be used properly and be cleaned during every training session. The set must be returned to the Academy once the coach resigns.
