Job Description

  1. Lesson Preparation
    1. Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons aligned with the provided syllabus.
    2. Adapt lesson content to meet the diverse language levels and needs of secondary and high school students.
    3. Integrate interactive and communicative teaching techniques to improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
  2. Classroom Instruction
    1. Create a supportive and dynamic classroom environment that fosters language acquisition.
    2. Use diverse teaching methods, including games, group activities, and multimedia tools, to engage students.
    3. Teach practical English skills for academic and real-world application.
  3. Assessment and Feedback
    1. Assess students’ progress through regular evaluations and assignments.
    2. Provide constructive feedback to help students build their language proficiency.
    3. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
  4. Student Support
    1. Encourage and motivate students to actively participate in lessons.
    2. Provide additional support to students struggling with language concepts.
  5. Professionalism
    1. Ensure a professional demeanor and adhere to the institution’s standards.
    2. Participate in training sessions, meetings, and other collaborative initiatives as required.
