Job Title: ESL Teacher (21st century skills & Project-based learning Focus)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative ESL teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English and committed to fostering a student-centered learning environment that integrates 21st-century skills, intercultural awareness, and collaborative projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging ESL lessons aligned with international curriculum and tailored to the needs of teenagers and young learners.
  • Integrate 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication into lessons.
  • Foster intercultural understanding and global citizenship through project-based learning activities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English to young learners or teenagers.
  • Proven ability to integrate 21st-century skills, global citizenship, or project-based learning into lessons.
  • Strong understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools for teaching and learning.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and patient approach to teaching.
