Description
1. Locations: Langmaster English Centres (Offline classes)
- Location 1: Xuan Thuy Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam
- Location 2: Truong Chinh Str., Thanh Xuan Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam
2. Working time: The classes are mostly in the evenings
- Evening class schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (priority*)
- At least 4 Shifts/ week
+ Shift 1: 17:45-19:45
+ Shift 2: 20:00-22:00
3. Responsibilities
- Teach Communicative English classes (General or Business English) for adult learners. Learners are from 17-30 years old. There are no classes for younger students or kids. The levels are from basic to intermediate English.
- Be present at least 5 minutes before the class and work with teaching assistants to go through the lesson plan. Always exhibit punctuality.
- Follow (with some adaptation) the premade lesson plan made by the RnD Department); Organize activities, facilitate and give constructive feedback to students.
- Recognize and correct students’ errors while speaking
- Work collaboratively with the teaching assistants and create a friendly, safe, encouraging and fun environment for students to speak.
- Manage learning resources and facilities
- Maintains required documentation and reports (about 10-20 minutes/week, including writing reports, brief team meetings, checking emails)
- Display positive attitude, integrity, respect for others, honesty and responsibility as an appropriate model for students
- Work with other teachers to manage classes, help edit and improve lesson plans
4. Requirement:
- An English Level C2 Certificate (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) or Bachelor's Degree in English Teaching
- A Teaching Certificate (TELF, TESOL, CELTA, etc.)
- At least 6 months of experience teaching English to adults
Good English proficiency, especially clear English pronunciation (will be checked in the interview)
- Having good communication skills, body languages
- Long term cooperation , at least 1 year. Want to be a Fulltime teacher
- Be energetic, open-minded, creative and have a passion for teaching
5. Payment
- Hourly rate: at least 400,000 VND/hour (negotiable)
- Payment will be made monthly
