About the Role

ILA Vietnam is currently hiring experienced ESL/EFL Teachers who are already residing in Vietnam to join our teaching team across multiple cities and provinces.

Available Locations (subject to vacancy)

• Ho Chi Minh City

• Hanoi

• Binh Duong

• Can Tho

• Da Nang

• Nha Trang

• Vung Tau

• And other locations across Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging, communicative English lessons for students across a range of ages and proficiency levels.

• Follow, adapt, and supplement the prescribed curriculum and lesson materials.

• Integrate project-based learning activities into classroom instruction.

• Provide constructive feedback to support student learning and progress.

• Assist with student placement testing and classroom allocation.

• Complete administrative duties including lesson planning, attendance records, assessments, and reports.

• Share teaching resources and academic materials with colleagues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Centre Manager, Academic Manager, or Senior Teacher.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.

• Bachelor's degree (minimum three-year programme).

• A recognised English teaching qualification of 120 hours or more (TEFL Level 4 or above, CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, AVSE TESOL, or equivalent).

• Previous ESL teaching experience or teaching practicum is highly preferred.

• For positions in Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Vung Tau, applicants must provide an employment record demonstrating at least three years of English teaching experience.
